"Palm Beach" - Open plan semi-detached duplex apartment on Bertra beach peninsular. An ideal spot for two people ( + 1 person - extra bed in the gallery study loft - see Accomodation), situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lane under Croagh Patrick, a short stroll from the Blue Flag Beach, the property enjoys an amazing Mountain vista and partial sea views.

The apartment has its own entrance, deck, study upstairs, open fireplace, wireless broadband and parking. Located just 6km from the beautiful town of Westport with its fantastic selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and 6 km from the quaint village of Louisburgh. This is a perfect location to combine a climb on Croagh Patrick with a beach holiday ie. swimming, shore- fishing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, sea-kayaking. Close by are Golf Couses and Surfing Beaches, and hill walking and bird watching areas.

Accomodation: Besides double bedroom there is potentially a bed for a third person e.g. an older child/teenager in open gallery overlooking living room - accessible by spiral staircase - not suitable for young children or people with walking difficulties. There is an extra charge of € 50 per week or € 30 for long weekend for third person staying - regardless of length of stay.

Please note that due to the spiral staircase /gallery and the steps on the deck this property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children. Sorry no pets or smoking inside. See video for more information.

Self-catering or photo-workshop booking deposit payments can be made by either paypal, account transfer or cheque - please indicate your preferred payment option when you confirm your selfcatering or photo-workshop booking by email - we will then send you clear payment instructions and details.

• Paypal : You receive a paypal email with secure paypal payment instructions for credit and debit cards or bank transfers. (Paypal guarantee booking).
• Account transfer: You can also pay by bank transfer - we will send you our account details on request.
• Cheque : Irish Cheques only - please allow 3-5 working days for bank clearance.

We will confirm booking deposit payment by email as soon as the payment  is logged..

Bicycle Hire :

Because of the amazing cycling terrain surrounding Clew Bay including the cycle lane from Croagh Patrick to Westport which joins the famous GREENWAY cycle lane to Achill - we are now offering Trekking Bikes at € 20/week/bike to guests. However we supply adult bikes (in good technical condition) for adults only but take no responsibility for accidents (Subject to signed Disclaimer and Apartment € 50 damage deposit). You can reserve your bike when booking.
