Icarus Brewing Pollux is a New England-style Imperial India Pale Ale (NEIIPA) with an 8.2% ABV. It is brewed with Floor Malted Pilsen, Oats, White Wheat, and Dextrin Malt. It is hopped with Citra and then dry-hopped with Nectaron. The beer is a collaboration with Caius Farm Brewery.
